01 / Resort overview

A new vision for
couples’ hospitality.

Lovers Paradise Club Resort (“LPCR”) is an innovative, all-inclusive, couples-only, clothing-optional resort, planned to be developed in the Canary Islands. The project is therefore not competing directly with the mainstream hospitality market of the islands, but instead is expected to attract a stream of around 150,000 new tourists a year that would otherwise not consider visiting the islands at all.

  • 216 romantic guest rooms for couples.
  • A climate-controlled central atrium, specially designed to operate 365 days a year.
  • A large pool and a big central jacuzzi.
  • Three restaurants and several bars (all-inclusive).
  • A gym, a massage & yoga centre.
  • A performance stage and a large dance floor.

The project has been presented to local authorities and has received encouraging feedback regarding its anticipated contribution to employment generation, economic strength, and the diversification of the islands’ tourism offering.

The Canary Islands enjoy a unique weather advantage for such a resort, and this project offers the islands an innovative vision to substantially boost their tourism traffic by providing a new attraction for the large and underserved European couples clothing-optional market segment.

03 / Competitive landscape

A gap in the
European market.

LPCR unique offering: European accessibility. Significant scale. All-inclusive pricing. A 365-day climate-controlled resort environment. Integrated nightlife.

Competing European hotels are mainly located in Cap d’Agde, France. These hotels demonstrate that there is proven demand for such lifestyle hospitality, but they are limited in scale due to land shortage, seasonal in nature, and generally lack the full all-inclusive, year-round resort infrastructure offered by LPCR. Outside Europe, Desire Riviera Maya Resort demonstrates that a larger all-inclusive lifestyle resort can command premium pricing, but it primarily serves the Mexico / Caribbean market and does not provide a direct European destination alternative.

LPCR is designed to fill this gap by combining the advantages currently missing from the competitive landscape: European accessibility, significant scale, all-inclusive pricing, a 365-day climate-controlled resort environment, and integrated nightlife. LPCR is therefore not positioned as another small niche hotel, but as a purpose-built, institutional-scale resort platform for the underserved European couples market. The following table summarises the differences between the main players in this market today.

04 / Current project status

A well-defined plan.
A clear foundation.

To date, the sponsor has funded and coordinated comprehensive conceptual architectural and operational design, site identification, land negotiations, and engagement with local advisers and public authorities.

  1. Conceptual design completed

A detailed conceptual architectural and operational design has been completed.

  2. Suitable land identified

A properly zoned land plot in a prime location has been identified, suitable for the development of the full LPCR resort.

  3. Commercial terms negotiated

Commercial terms have already been negotiated with the landowner.

  4. Public-authority engagement

The project has been introduced to relevant public authorities. Initial feedback has been very positive, supporting the idea that LPCR can be positioned as a significant tourism, employment, and economic-development opportunity.

The result is a well-defined resort development plan, linked to an identified tourism-zoned land plot, supported by initial design work, commercial land negotiations, and early local-authority engagement.

05 / Founder & concept developer

Commercial experience.
First-hand market insight.

Noam Why is the sponsor and concept developer of the Lovers Paradise Club Resort. Combining a background in financial analysis, entrepreneurship and real-estate investment with ten years of first-hand familiarity with the European couples lifestyle community, he developed LPCR as a purpose-built response to an underserved specialist hospitality market.

His contribution extends across the complete project: identifying the underserved couples lifestyle market, defining the customer proposition, designing the product around that market, developing the conceptual architecture and guest experience, identifying a suitable site, engaging with the landowner and public authorities, and advancing the project towards execution.

Noam is an Israeli entrepreneur, married, and a father to five. With an educational background in mathematics, and as a former business analyst working many years for Israel’s largest bank, he gained extensive experience in evaluating large-scale investment opportunities and financial operations. Following the successful sale of his family-owned, well-established industrial equipment business, he transitioned into real-estate investment and property management, focusing on long-term value creation.

For the past ten years, Noam has been a dedicated member of the European couples lifestyle community, making annual visits to Cap d’Agde in France, home to the world’s largest lifestyle resort. This personal involvement has given him deep insight into the needs, preferences, and expectations of this vibrant and affluent tourist segment.

This combination of commercial analysis, entrepreneurial experience and first-hand market knowledge underpins LPCR’s potential to become a landmark of specialised European hospitality.
